1 Önemli Uyarı

Vignette eSIM uygulamasını indirerek, kaydolarak veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarını ve Gizlilik Politikamızı kabul etmiş olursunuz.

3 Hizmet Açıklaması

Vignette eSIM, Avrupa otoyol vinyetleri için ödeme kolaylaştırıcısı olarak hizmet vermektedir. Biz:

  • Vinyetleri sizin adınıza resmi devlet web sitelerinden satın alırız
  • Vinyet bayii DEĞİLİZ ve herhangi bir devlet kurumunu temsil etmiyoruz
  • Satın alınan vinyeti e-posta ve uygulama içi bildirimle iletiriz
ℹ️ Şu an itibariyle otomatik vinyet satın alma özelliği geçici olarak durdurulmuştur. Gelir modeli premium abonelik ve reklam üzerinden sürmektedir. Otomasyon altyapısı korunmakta olup ilerleyen dönemde yeniden aktif edilecektir.

5 Hizmet Ücreti

Otomatik satın alma işlemlerinin kolaylığı için resmi vinyet fiyatına bir hizmet ücreti eklenmektedir. Güncel miktar ve oran ödeme sayfasında açıkça gösterilmektedir.

Hizmet ücreti, işlem başarıyla tamamlanmasa dahi bazı durumlarda iade edilmeyebilir (bkz. Madde 9 – İade Politikası).

6 Kullanıcı Sorumlulukları

Aşağıdaki bilgilerin doğruluğundan tamamen siz sorumlusunuz:

  • Plaka numarasının doğru ve eksiksiz girilmesi
  • Doğru ülke seçimi
  • Doğru araç tipi ve ağırlık sınıfı seçimi
  • Doğru geçerlilik süresi seçimi
  • Doğru geçerlilik başlangıç tarihi seçimi
  • Vinyetin otobana girmeden ÖNCE satın alınması
⚠️ Yanlış veya eksik bilgilerden kaynaklanan geçersiz vinyetler, para cezaları veya diğer sonuçlardan Vignette eSIM sorumlu tutulamaz.

7 Satın Alma Zamanlaması

Vinyetinizi otobana veya ücretli yola girmeden ÖNCE satın almanız zorunludur.

  • Otobana girdikten sonra yapılan satın alımlar geçmişe dönük olarak geçerli değildir
  • Geç satın alma nedeniyle alınan para cezalarından Vignette eSIM sorumlu tutulamaz

8 Teslimat

Vinyetiniz genellikle ödeme onayından sonra 5 dakika içinde teslim edilir.

  • Teslimat; e-posta, uygulama içi bildirim ve sipariş ekranı aracılığıyla yapılır
  • Resmi devlet web sitelerindeki teknik aksaklıklar nedeniyle gecikmeler yaşanabilir
  • Vinyetiniz 30 dakika içinde teslim edilmezse uygulama içi canlı destekten bizimle iletişime geçin

9 İade Politikası

İade yalnızca aşağıdaki durumda yapılır:

  • Sistemimizden kaynaklanan teknik bir hata nedeniyle vinyet satın alınamadıysa ve teslim gerçekleşmediyse

Aşağıdaki durumlarda iade yapılmaz:

  • Yanlış plaka numarası girilmesi
  • Yanlış ülke, araç tipi veya süre seçilmesi
  • Vinyetin geç satın alınması (otobana girdikten sonra)
  • Kullanıcının seyahat planlarını değiştirmesi
  • Vinyet kullanılmasa bile (geçerlilik başladıktan sonra)

10 Premium Abonelik

Vignette eSIM, ek özelliklere erişim için isteğe bağlı otomatik yenilenen abonelik sunmaktadır.

  • 💳 Fiyatlandırma: Abonelik planları ve güncel fiyatlar uygulama içi satın alma ekranında gösterilmektedir.
  • 🔄 Otomatik Yenileme: Aboneliğiniz, mevcut dönem sona ermeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği takdirde aynı fiyat ve koşullarla otomatik olarak yenilenir.
  • 💰 Ödeme: Onay anında App Store (iOS) veya Google Play (Android) hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
  • ❌ İptal (iOS): Ayarlar → Apple ID → Abonelikler
  • ❌ İptal (Android): Google Play → Profil → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler
  • ℹ️ İptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur. Kalan süre için iade yapılmaz.

11 Sorumluluk Sınırları

Vignette eSIM aşağıdakilerden sorumlu tutulamaz:

  • Resmi devlet web sitelerindeki teknik sorunlar, bakım veya erişim kısıtlamaları
  • Ödeme işlemcileri veya diğer üçüncü taraf sağlayıcıların hizmet kesintileri
  • Kullanıcı kaynaklı hatalı bilgi girişlerinden doğan ceza veya geçersiz vinyetler
  • İnternet bağlantısı sorunlarından kaynaklanan gecikmeler

1 Important Disclaimer

⚠️ This app is NOT an official government application. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government authority or road infrastructure organization. We are an independent third-party service that facilitates the purchase of highway vignettes from official government websites on your behalf.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, registering, or using the Vignette eSIM app, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

3 Service Description

Vignette eSIM acts as a payment facilitator for European highway vignettes. We:

  • Purchase vignettes on your behalf from official government websites
  • Are NOT a vignette dealer and do not represent any government body
  • Deliver the purchased vignette via email and in-app notification
ℹ️ The automated vignette purchase feature is temporarily paused. Revenue is currently generated through premium subscriptions and advertising. The automation infrastructure is preserved and will be reactivated in a future update.

4 Supported Countries and Official Sources

All vignette purchases are made through the following official government websites:

All prices, validity periods, and vehicle classifications shown in this app are sourced directly from these official websites.

5 Service Fee

A service fee is added to the official vignette price for the convenience of automated purchasing. The current amount and rate are clearly displayed on the payment screen.

The service fee may not be refunded in certain circumstances even if the transaction is not successfully completed (see Section 9 – Refund Policy).

6 User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the following information:

  • Correct and complete license plate number entry
  • Correct country selection
  • Correct vehicle type and weight class selection
  • Correct validity period selection
  • Correct validity start date selection
  • Purchasing the vignette BEFORE entering the motorway
⚠️ Vignette eSIM cannot be held liable for invalid vignettes, fines, or other consequences resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.

7 Purchase Timing

You must purchase your vignette BEFORE entering the motorway or toll road.

  • Purchases made after entering the motorway are not retroactively valid
  • Vignette eSIM cannot be held liable for fines resulting from late purchase

8 Delivery

Your vignette is typically delivered within 5 minutes of payment confirmation.

  • Delivery is made via email, in-app notification, and the order screen
  • Delays may occur due to technical issues on official government websites
  • If your vignette is not delivered within 30 minutes, please contact us via in-app live support

9 Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in the following case:

  • If the vignette could not be purchased due to a technical error on our side and delivery did not occur

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Incorrect license plate number entered
  • Wrong country, vehicle type, or duration selected
  • Late purchase (entered motorway before buying)
  • Change of travel plans by the user
  • Unused vignettes (once the validity period has started)

10 Premium Subscription

Vignette eSIM offers an optional auto-renewing subscription for access to additional features.

  • 💳 Pricing: Subscription plans and current prices are shown on the in-app purchase screen.
  • 🔄 Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the same price and conditions unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • 💰 Payment: Charged to your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account at confirmation.
  • ❌ Cancel (iOS): Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
  • ❌ Cancel (Android): Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
  • ℹ️ Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No refunds are issued for unused time.

11 Limitation of Liability

Vignette eSIM cannot be held liable for:

  • Technical issues, maintenance, or access restrictions on official government websites
  • Service outages by payment processors or other third-party providers
  • Fines or invalid vignettes resulting from incorrect information entered by the user
  • Delays caused by internet connectivity issues

3 Leistungsbeschreibung

Vignette eSIM fungiert als Zahlungsvermittler für europäische Autobahnvignetten. Wir:

  • Kaufen Vignetten in Ihrem Namen von offiziellen Regierungswebsites
  • Sind KEIN Vignettenverkäufer und vertreten keine Regierungsbehörde
  • Liefern die gekaufte Vignette per E-Mail und In-App-Benachrichtigung
ℹ️ Die automatisierte Vignettenkauf-Funktion ist vorübergehend pausiert. Der Umsatz wird derzeit durch Premium-Abonnements und Werbung generiert. Die Automatisierungsinfrastruktur bleibt erhalten und wird in einem zukünftigen Update reaktiviert.

5 Servicegebühr

Zum offiziellen Vignettenpreis wird eine Servicegebühr für die Bequemlichkeit des automatisierten Kaufs hinzugefügt. Der aktuelle Betrag und Satz werden auf dem Zahlungsbildschirm klar angezeigt.

Die Servicegebühr kann unter bestimmten Umständen nicht erstattet werden, auch wenn die Transaktion nicht erfolgreich abgeschlossen wurde (siehe Abschnitt 9 – Rückerstattungsrichtlinie).

6 Nutzerverantwortlichkeiten

Sie sind allein verantwortlich für die Richtigkeit folgender Informationen:

  • Korrekte und vollständige Eingabe des Kennzeichens
  • Richtige Länderauswahl
  • Richtige Auswahl des Fahrzeugtyps und der Gewichtsklasse
  • Richtige Auswahl des Gültigkeitszeitraums
  • Richtiges Gültigkeitsstartdatum
  • Kauf der Vignette VOR der Einfahrt auf die Autobahn
⚠️ Vignette eSIM haftet nicht für ungültige Vignetten, Bußgelder oder andere Folgen, die aus falschen oder unvollständigen Benutzerangaben resultieren.

7 Kaufzeitpunkt

Sie müssen Ihre Vignette VOR der Einfahrt auf die Autobahn oder Mautstraße kaufen.

  • Nach der Einfahrt auf die Autobahn getätigte Käufe gelten nicht rückwirkend
  • Vignette eSIM haftet nicht für Bußgelder infolge verspäteter Käufe

8 Lieferung

Ihre Vignette wird in der Regel innerhalb von 5 Minuten nach Zahlungsbestätigung geliefert.

  • Die Lieferung erfolgt per E-Mail, In-App-Benachrichtigung und Bestellbildschirm
  • Verzögerungen durch technische Probleme auf offiziellen Regierungswebsites sind möglich
  • Wenn Ihre Vignette nicht innerhalb von 30 Minuten geliefert wird, kontaktieren Sie uns über den In-App-Live-Support

9 Rückerstattungsrichtlinie

Rückerstattungen werden nur in folgendem Fall gewährt:

  • Wenn die Vignette aufgrund eines technischen Fehlers unsererseits nicht gekauft werden konnte und keine Lieferung erfolgte

Keine Rückerstattung bei:

  • Falsches Kennzeichen eingegeben
  • Falsches Land, Fahrzeugtyp oder Laufzeit gewählt
  • Verspäteter Kauf (Autobahn vor dem Kauf befahren)
  • Änderung der Reisepläne durch den Nutzer
  • Ungenutzte Vignetten (nach Beginn des Gültigkeitszeitraums)

10 Premium-Abonnement

Vignette eSIM bietet ein optionales automatisch verlängerndes Abonnement für den Zugang zu zusätzlichen Funktionen.

  • 💳 Preise: Abonnementpläne und aktuelle Preise werden im In-App-Kaufbildschirm angezeigt.
  • 🔄 Automatische Verlängerung: Ihr Abonnement verlängert sich automatisch zu gleichen Konditionen, sofern es nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf des aktuellen Zeitraums gekündigt wird.
  • 💰 Zahlung: Wird bei Bestätigung von Ihrem App Store (iOS) oder Google Play (Android) Konto abgebucht.
  • ❌ Kündigung (iOS): Einstellungen → Apple ID → Abonnements
  • ❌ Kündigung (Android): Google Play → Profil → Zahlungen und Abonnements → Abonnements
  • ℹ️ Die Kündigung tritt am Ende des aktuellen Zeitraums in Kraft. Rückerstattungen für nicht genutzte Zeit werden nicht gewährt.

11 Haftungsbeschränkung

Vignette eSIM haftet nicht für:

  • Technische Probleme, Wartung oder Zugangsbeschränkungen auf offiziellen Regierungswebsites
  • Serviceausfälle von Zahlungsabwicklern oder anderen Drittanbietern
  • Bußgelder oder ungültige Vignetten aufgrund falscher Benutzerangaben
  • Verzögerungen durch Internetverbindungsprobleme

3 Description du service

Vignette eSIM agit comme facilitateur de paiement pour les vignettes autoroutières européennes. Nous :

  • Achetons des vignettes en votre nom depuis les sites gouvernementaux officiels
  • NE SOMMES PAS un revendeur de vignettes et ne représentons aucun organisme gouvernemental
  • Livrons la vignette achetée par e-mail et notification in-app
ℹ️ La fonctionnalité d'achat automatisé de vignettes est temporairement suspendue. Les revenus sont actuellement générés par les abonnements premium et la publicité. L'infrastructure d'automatisation est préservée et sera réactivée dans une prochaine mise à jour.

5 Frais de service

Des frais de service sont ajoutés au prix officiel de la vignette pour la commodité de l'achat automatisé. Le montant et le taux actuels sont clairement indiqués sur l'écran de paiement.

Les frais de service peuvent ne pas être remboursés dans certaines circonstances même si la transaction n'a pas été menée à bien (voir Section 9 – Politique de remboursement).

6 Responsabilités de l'utilisateur

Vous êtes seul responsable de l'exactitude des informations suivantes :

  • Saisie correcte et complète du numéro d'immatriculation
  • Sélection correcte du pays
  • Sélection correcte du type de véhicule et de la classe de poids
  • Sélection correcte de la durée de validité
  • Sélection correcte de la date de début de validité
  • Achat de la vignette AVANT d'entrer sur l'autoroute
⚠️ Vignette eSIM ne peut être tenu responsable des vignettes invalides, amendes ou autres conséquences résultant d'informations incorrectes ou incomplètes fournies par l'utilisateur.

7 Moment d'achat

Vous devez acheter votre vignette AVANT d'entrer sur l'autoroute ou la route à péage.

  • Les achats effectués après être entré sur l'autoroute ne sont pas valables rétroactivement
  • Vignette eSIM ne peut être tenu responsable des amendes résultant d'un achat tardif

8 Livraison

Votre vignette est généralement livrée dans les 5 minutes suivant la confirmation du paiement.

  • La livraison s'effectue par e-mail, notification in-app et écran de commande
  • Des retards peuvent survenir en raison de problèmes techniques sur les sites gouvernementaux officiels
  • Si votre vignette n'est pas livrée dans les 30 minutes, contactez-nous via le support en direct in-app

9 Politique de remboursement

Les remboursements ne sont accordés que dans le cas suivant :

  • Si la vignette n'a pas pu être achetée en raison d'une erreur technique de notre côté et que la livraison n'a pas eu lieu

Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué pour :

  • Numéro d'immatriculation incorrect saisi
  • Mauvais pays, type de véhicule ou durée sélectionné
  • Achat tardif (autoroute empruntée avant l'achat)
  • Changement de plans de voyage par l'utilisateur
  • Vignettes inutilisées (une fois la période de validité commencée)

10 Abonnement Premium

Vignette eSIM propose un abonnement optionnel à renouvellement automatique pour accéder à des fonctionnalités supplémentaires.

  • 💳 Tarification : Les plans d'abonnement et les prix actuels sont affichés sur l'écran d'achat in-app.
  • 🔄 Renouvellement automatique : Votre abonnement se renouvelle automatiquement aux mêmes conditions sauf annulation au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période en cours.
  • 💰 Paiement : Débité sur votre compte App Store (iOS) ou Google Play (Android) à la confirmation.
  • ❌ Annulation (iOS) : Réglages → Identifiant Apple → Abonnements
  • ❌ Annulation (Android) : Google Play → Profil → Paiements et abonnements → Abonnements
  • ℹ️ L'annulation prend effet à la fin de la période en cours. Aucun remboursement n'est accordé pour le temps non utilisé.

11 Limitation de responsabilité

Vignette eSIM ne peut être tenu responsable de :

  • Problèmes techniques, maintenance ou restrictions d'accès sur les sites gouvernementaux officiels
